Dispatch and Delivery
All orders received by midday (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched by LITTLE JOHNS BIG CLOTHING COMPANY the same day, orders received after midday will be dispatched the following working day. All orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail either by Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) or Next Day Delivery, depending on your choice. If you have any different dispatch/delivery requiriements please email us at enquiries@littlejohnsbigclothing.com

Shipping Costs
LITTLE JOHNS BIG CLOTHING COMPANY currently offers 2 standards of shipping. (1) Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) at £4.95 or (2) Next Day Delivery, at £8.95. Each of these is a one off charge, regardless of the number of items ordered. You choose which method you prefer at the checkout.

* Please note that next day delivery is not available on Saturday, therefore items ordered before midday on Friday and despatched using the Next Day Delivery will not arrive until Monday.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from LITTLE JOHNS BIG CLOTHING COMPANY, please complete the 'returns' form enclosed with your order and return the product within 14 days unused in original condition ie all tags and packaging intact to:

Postage and packaging costs will be refunded for any item found to be damaged or faulty, in the unlikely event that this should occur please notify LITTLE JOHNS BIG CLOTHING COMPANY by email enquiries@littlejohnsbigclothing.com immediately, goods should then be returned within 7 days of delivery, this will enable us to reserve a replacement for you. Please ensure that you order the correct size and colour of underwear, as due to hygiene considerations underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

All prices quoted by LITTLE JOHNS BIG CLOTHING COMPANY include VAT.

Orders
If an order received by LITTLE JOHNS BIG CLOTHING COMPANY is found to be out of stock we will notify the customer, by email, giving you the option to choose a suitable replacement item, await further stock delivery (expected delivery dates will be supplied) or to cancel your order. It is not the policy of LITTLE JOHNS BIG CLOTHING COMPANY to supply an alternative item without the customers advance consent.
